Who Guest Posting Is For

Guest posting on RN2writer is intended for organizations, institutions, and agencies seeking to share high-quality, educational content with a professional nursing audience. This includes universities, healthcare organizations, workforce initiatives, and reputable service providers whose work intersects meaningfully with nursing careers.

Topics We Accept

Guest content must be directly relevant to nurses and their professional lives. Appropriate topics include:

• Nursing career development and advancement

• Career transitions and alternative or non-clinical roles for nurses

• Education, leadership, and workforce issues affecting nurses

• Professional skills that support sustainable nursing careers

Content should be realistic, ethical, and grounded in the actual constraints nurses face—not aspirational hype.

Content Requirements

To be considered for publication, submissions must meet the following standards:

• Length: 500–1,500 words

• Original, unpublished content only

• Clear structure with subheadings and short paragraphs

• Plain, professional language appropriate for a nursing audience

• AI-generated/assisted content is allowed only with substantial human editing and fact-checking

Content should be substantive, accurate, and useful. We do not publish generic career advice, filler content, or material written primarily for search engine manipulation.

Links, Promotion & SEO Policy

• One (1) relevant, contextual link to the contributor’s website is permitted

• Affiliate links, tracking links, and overt promotional language are not allowed

• Outbound links may be tagged as nofollow or sponsored at RN2writer’s discretion, in accordance with Google guidelines

• We prohibit dofollow tags

RN2writer retains full control over internal and external linking.

Author Bio & Attribution

Contributors may include a short author bio (2–3 sentences). Any credentials, titles, or affiliations must be accurate and verifiable. RN2writer reserves the right to edit bios for clarity or consistency.

Payment & Publication Terms

• Fee: $300 USD per guest post

• Payment is due in advance of publication; after approval as a sponsor, you will be invoiced

• Fees are nonrefundable and cover editorial review and consideration for publication

• Publication is not guaranteed

RN2writer does not guarantee traffic, search rankings, backlinks, lead generation, or other performance outcomes.

Editorial Review & Rights

All submissions are subject to editorial review and light editing for clarity, tone, and alignment with RN2writer’s brand and audience. RN2writer reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove content that does not meet editorial, ethical, or quality standards.

By submitting content, contributors grant RN2writer the right to publish, edit, and promote the material.
