RN2writer Refund Policies & Procedures
We guarantee your satisfaction with all RN2writer products, or we will refund your money in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth below.
Our customer service hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Eastern time, seven days a week. Depending on the volume of requests at any given time, it may be 48 hours before we respond to your message.
REFUND POLICIES
We will honor refund requests submitted in a timely manner, as set forth below, under “Refund Time Frames for RN2writer Products.” We will not honor refund requests received outside of the time frames set forth below. We reserve the right to offer or process partial refunds.
Some of our products come in “bundles,” which appear on the purchase receipt as a single purchase/charge/item. Each item in a bundle may be refunded individually, partially, or not at all.
Subscriptions
When a course is purchased on an installment plan (subscription) offered by RN2writer, we will fully refund the first installment payment and cancel remaining installments when we receive a timely request, as set forth below. Refund requests received outside the time frames set forth below will not be honored, but we will cancel any remaining installments upon request.
When a subscription is purchased with a free trial period, customer must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Cancellation requests that occur after the trial period elapses will not be refunded, but we will cancel any subsequent installments upon request.
We will ONLY refund the original purchaser. We will ONLY refund monies to the original payment method (such as the credit/debit card used for purchase or the PayPal account).
GENERAL REFUND PROCEDURES
In all cases, if you desire a refund on the purchase of any RN2writer product, you must:
- Send an email to [email protected] to request a refund
- Include your name
- Include the email address used to make the purchase
- Include your reason for requesting a cancellation/refund
- Complete a brief online questionnaire prior to cancellation or refund, if requested
This information allows us to find your purchases in the system and issue a timely refund, and your feedback helps us continually improve our products and services.

We must receive your refund request within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

We must receive your refund request within thirty (30) days of the purchase date OR the date of the first installment payment.
RN2writer STAT Membership
If your purchase included paying for the first month prior to receiving access to the membership products, we must receive your refund request within seven (7) days of the date of the first installment payment to receive a refund of the first installment payment. If you choose to cancel your membership after the first seven (7) days, we will cancel subsequent monthly billings and your membership will expire on its next renewal date. No refunds will be issued.
If your purchase included a "free trial period," then you must cancel prior to the expiration of the trial period to avoid being charged. Cancellation requests received after the trial period has elapsed will not be refunded, but we will cancel the subsequent monthly billings, and your membership will expire on its next renewal date.
Any membership that lapses due to expired credit card on file or is proactively canceled by the member may only be reinstated at the then-current rate.
Note that cancelling your membership subscription results in loss of access to all of the products and features included in the membership at the time of cancellation or subsequently added in the future, including but not limited to:
- Weekly live coaching sessions
- Coaching session recordings and transcripts
- STAT course
- Private STAT community
- Weekly membership emails
- Quarterly live events
- Monthly video trainings
Success Society Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your account settings at the RN2writer website. This halts any future payments.
We will fully refund the annual subscription fee to any Success Society member who requests a refund within 30 days of the original charge. Otherwise, we will cancel future payments without a refund of monies paid.
Livestream Events
We must receive your refund request with seven (7) days of the livestream broadcast.
