Amy Isler

Amy Isler, MSN, RN is a senior reporter and proud RN2Writer alumna. She is in her second year of freelance writing with Isler Health Communications and is excited to be a Nurse To Writer Bridge coach. As a seasoned school nurse, her writing interests include child health, preventative care, and interventions to minimize the effects on adverse childhood experiences in the school setting.

With a bachelor's degree in journalism, and both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing, her mission is to combine both these skills by writing about topics that help children succeed both in the classroom and beyond.

She lives with her son, James, and mini Goldendoodle, Chico, in the Central California town of Tracy. She loves a good book, the scent of lemon verbena, mountain air after it rains, and binge watching HGTV.

Yvonne Stolworthy

Yvonne Stolworthy MSN, RN has been a nurse since 1984. Today as a "medical jargon translator," she writes on various health topics to help the public understand health issues that can affect them. Yvonne has served as an editor at Medical Daily, and her byline has appeared in NextAvenue and Health News. She has contributed unbylined content to sites like El Camino Health and other health systems.

As a graduate of RN2writer programs, Yvonne takes great pleasure in sharing what she has learned and coaching other nurses venturing into freelance writing.

Elizabeth Hanes

Elizabeth Hanes BSN RN is an award-winning journalist, former six-figure freelance writer, and the founder of RN2writer. She delights in sharing all of her knowledge of freelancing with other nurses (and other healthcare professionals) to help them become freelance writers, too.

Beth started her writing career in 1994 and has been published in numerous top-tier outlets including WebMD, Healthgrades, Anthem, Aetna, Dignity Health, Cardinal Health, Art+Antiques magazine, History.com, NextAvenue, AntiqueWeek, and many others. In addition to a BSN degree, Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing. Both of her degrees were earned at the University of New Mexico.

When she's not helming RN2writer, Beth often can be found puttering around her Albuquerque home, perfecting her Cosmopolitan recipe, antiquing, or taking hikes in the Sandia Mountain foothills.
